Stellwagen Bank is a solo for Marimba and Piano from the collection Scenes from the Cape.  This collection is dedicated to my brother, Jerry Nelson, who was a musician and puppeteer with the Muppets.

Stellwagen Bank is a National Marine Sanctuary that is just above Provincetown at the mouth of the Massachusetts Bay.  This piece was inspired by a whale watching trip there.  This solo utilizes rolls and some 2 mallet technique for the marimba.
