The Count of Truro is a solo for Bb Trumpet and Piano from the collection Scenes from the Cape.  This collection is dedicated to my brother, Jerry Nelson, who was a musician and puppeteer with the Muppets.

Description:  This solo is named for my brother’s most famous Muppet character, Count Von Count, from Sesame Street.  This piece is meant to be a processional, so it should be performed in a slow march style.  Note the optional notes at the end.  An Intermediate and advanced version of this solo is included.
