Stellwagen Bank is a solo for Clarinet and Piano from the collection Scenes from the Cape.  This collection is dedicated to my brother, Jerry Nelson, who was a musician and puppeteer with the Muppets.

Stellwagen Bank is a National Marine Sanctuary that is just above Provincetown at the mouth of the Massachusetts Bay.  This piece was inspired by a whale watching trip there.  Some fast finger technique is introduced as a special effect which depicts riding on the waves.
